Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our agent platform
- Architect scalable systems that process thousands of insurance workflows daily
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers to integrate AI capabilities into production
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js or Python
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
- Excellent communication skills and a bias toward shipping

$180,000 – $240,000 + equity
Design and deploy the machine learning models that power Handle's AI agents. You'll work at the intersection of LLMs, document understanding, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune ML models for document classification, extraction, and routing
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent accuracy
- Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for insurance knowledge bases
- Optimize model inference for latency and cost in production environments
- Stay current with ML research and identify opportunities to apply new techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience deploying ML models to production
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and large language models
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Experience with ML ops: model versioning, monitoring, and A/B testing
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

Craft the interfaces that make Handle's AI agents accessible and delightful to use. You'll build dashboards, agent configuration tools, and real-time monitoring views.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible web applications using React and TypeScript
- Create real-time dashboards that visualize agent performance and workflow status
- Implement design system components that scale across multiple products
- Optimize frontend performance for data-heavy insurance workflows
- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into polished experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of frontend engineering experience with React
- Deep knowledge of modern CSS, including Grid, Flexbox, and animations
- Experience with state management, data fetching, and real-time updates
- Strong eye for design and attention to UI/UX details
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)

Work directly with Handle's customers to deploy, customize, and optimize AI agents on-site. You'll be the technical bridge between our platform and real-world insurance operations.

- Deploy and configure Handle's AI agents within customer environments
- Build custom integrations between Handle and client systems (APIs, databases, legacy platforms)
- Diagnose and resolve production issues in real time alongside customers
- Gather technical requirements and translate them into platform improvements
- Collaborate with product and engineering to feed customer learnings back into the roadmap
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in customer-facing roles
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously on-site
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, high-ownership environments

- Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise insurance accounts
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Conduct product demos and tailor value propositions to each prospect's workflow
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company revenue targets
- Collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and market needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise accounts ($50K+ ACV)
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Comfort with technical products and ability to demo software confidently
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

$120,000 – $150,000 base + variable (OTE $240,000 – $300,000) + equity
Be Handle's on-the-ground presence in the Latin American insurance market. You'll drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and expansion by combining sales instincts with deep product knowledge.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LATAM insurance market
- Run product demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements with prospective customers
- Manage post-sale onboarding to ensure successful agent deployment and adoption
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations
- Relay market intelligence and customer feedback to product and engineering teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer success
